Play-dough

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
a few drops of food coloring

Mix together: flour, salt, water, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, and food  coloring in a pan. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Store in an
airtight container or in locking plastic bags.
